Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, and datasets provided by Bananalitycs ("we", "our", or "us"), an Italian company reachable at info@bananalitycs.com. By purchasing or downloading any dataset from Bananalitycs you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

Bananalitycs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased dataset solely for your internal business purposes as described in Section 3.

Datasets are compiled from public government sources, official professional registries, and other lawfully accessible public records. The data is delivered as structured files (CSV/Excel). No intellectual property in any underlying raw record is claimed beyond our compilation, formatting, verification, and enrichment work.

You may use our datasets for the following purposes only:

• Internal B2B marketing and outreach directed at business entities or professionals.
• Market research, business intelligence, and competitive analysis.
• Regulatory compliance verification and due-diligence checks.
• Lead generation and CRM enrichment for your own organisation.
• Academic or non-commercial research, subject to proper attribution.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the dataset available to third parties, whether for free or for consideration.
• Use the data to build or train machine-learning models intended for commercial resale.
• Use the data for spam, unsolicited mass-communications, or phishing.
• Use the data for any purpose that violates applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Italian privacy law (D.lgs. 196/2003 as amended), or anti-spam legislation.
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access to our website or download portals.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or reconstruct our data-collection methodology.

The datasets purchased through Bananalitycs are licensed for your internal use only. Any resale, commercial redistribution, or incorporation into a data product offered to third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Bananalitycs reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and damages in the event of any such breach.

All purchases are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Pricing is displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes, calculated automatically at checkout via Stripe Tax. Bananalitycs is the seller of record for all purchases and remains responsible for VAT/GST remittance.

We make reasonable efforts to verify and maintain dataset accuracy. However, datasets are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate, or up to date beyond what is stated in the product description. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bananalitycs disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Bananalitycs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of a dataset, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific dataset giving rise to the claim.

All Bananalitycs branding, website content, and the structural compilation of datasets are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. You are granted only the limited licence described in Section 2.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your licence immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination you must delete all copies of any dataset in your possession and cease all use.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. For matters involving consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence shall also apply. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy, unless otherwise required by EU consumer law.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us using the details below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days.

If your issue relates to a payment, charge, or refund, please contact us first using the details below — as the seller of record we handle these directly. Stripe, our payment processor, may be involved to resolve disputes raised through your card issuer or bank.
